DMLT, dba Investment Cafe, is an independent company offering a suite of web-based financial reporting and fundraising products to the alternative asset community. The company's flagship product, the Investment Cafe Reporting System, addresses the needs of the investor, and provides tools that reduce the burden of fund administration. In addition to serving the private equity industry, Investment Cafe also offers its reporting systems within the alternative investment arena to real estate, venture, mezzanine, debt, hedge funds, fund-of-funds and fundless sponsors. In October 2012, DMLT was acquired by eFront. The valuation of DMLT was undisclosed. Other terms of the deal were not released.
